Realise is delighted to be working exclusively with Carr's Group plc. Together, we're looking for a HR & Payroll Advisor to provide reliable first-line support to all business units regarding HR, payroll and benefits. This role is aligned to the Agriculture division that manufactures and supplies feed blocks, minerals and boluses for livestock with a range of globally respected brands.

The Role

The HR & Payroll Advisor is responsible for administering the payroll process and providing HR support across the organisation. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with legal requirements, and effective HR operations.

Responsibilities Include:

* Processing of Monthly Employee and Pensioner Payrolls (circa 170 headcount)
* Maintain payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
* Handle payroll discrepancies and respond to payroll inquiries from employees.
* Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
* Manage benefits enrollment and changes, and ensure accurate deductions are made in payroll.

* Provide advice and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
* Support with generalist HR activity including HR Administration and low-level casework

About you

We're looking for an experienced and credible HR & Payroll professional with strong knowledge of payroll practices and employment laws. Proficient in Payroll Systems and HRIS Systems, we're looking for someone who can help manage payroll and HR processing for the business. A related qualification in HR or Payroll (such as CIPD or CIPP) would be advantageous but not essential.
