The Role
In partnership with Realise HR, the region’s specialist HR & People agency, we are seeking a new HR Manager to help lead the day-to-day delivery of the HR function. You will provide operational and HR support across the entire employee lifecycle of HR, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, induction, employee relations, employee engagement and wellbeing, communications, and rewards and benefits. You will also lead and drive projects relevant to the HR function.
As HR Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a full human resources service to your dedicated client group, executing all employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit.
- Working alongside our People Partners to execute and deliver divisional HR initiatives and projects
- Leading on employment relation cases, including leading disciplinary and grievance hearings
- Coaching and assisting line managers with people management and supporting via creation and deployment of tool skits
- Support the recruitment and selection process of employees across all disciplines to ensure a fair and structured approach ensuring we attract, recruit, and retain the best talent to meet our needs
- Drive a high-performance culture within Within a diverse and people centric working environment
About You
- Proven background working in HR operations (ideally within manufacturing/engineering)
- Exceptional at building relationships, communication & excellent leadership skills
- Experience of working in collaboration with Trade Unions (preferred)]
- CIPD qualified
