The Role

Together, we're looking for a new HR Manager for their site in Dijon. With a headcount of circa 130 colleagues, the HR Manager will be responsible for all HR matters at a site level, both strategic and operational, supported by an HR Assistant. As well as day-to-day HR, the HR Manager will be involved a number of projects including:

  • Employee Engagement (Leadership Coaching, Surveys, Comms)
  • Reward and Compensation
  • Change Management and Transformation
  • Talent acquisition and Talent Management

As a unionised site, we're looking for an exceptional communicator with industrial relations experience. The team at Dijon are a true family, so we're looking for someone who is experience-focused and enjoys working in a relationship driven environment.

About You

We are looking for an experienced HR generalist with a full knowledge of the employee lifecycle and ideally from an engineering or manufacturing background.
