Energus facilitates award winning Graduate and Apprenticeship Programmes nationally on behalf of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) and the wider nuclear industry. Energus have over 10 years’ experience managing Graduate and Apprenticeship Programmes across the UK, addressing skills shortages across the nuclear industry and ensure a continuous pipeline of talent into the industry.
Together, we are looking to fill several Early Careers Co-ordinator roles, which will focus on attraction, recruitment, onboarding and programme delivery. Our Early Careers Co-ordinators are at the forefront of nurturing graduate and Apprentice talent, cultivating their knowledge, skills and expertise and guiding them towards roles across the UK nuclear and related sectors.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with the attraction and selection of graduates and Apprentices across a range of development programmes
- Organise, deliver and attend national promotional activity for graduate and Apprenticeship programmes
- Contribute to the effective onboarding of graduates and Apprentices including security processing, communication with graduates and Apprentices and delivery of workshops
- Contribute to the design and implementation of graduate and Apprentice development programmes for new and emerging talent
- Foster strategic partnerships with schools, Colleges, Universities and education bodies to attract new and emerging talent
- Provide guidance and support to graduates and Apprentices, facilitating their ongoing development, progression and transition to employment
- Contribute to the development and delivery of engaging training, workshops and learning initiatives
- Track and evaluate graduate and Apprentice progress, identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
About You
We're looking for candidates who have:
- A keen interest in supporting early career development within the UK nuclear sector
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with participants, professionals and partners
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and participant success
- Excellent IT and administration skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines with good prioritisation and time management skills
- Adaptable and flexible, including ability to attend national events where required
