Founded in 1991, the Viciunai Group is a leader in the global surimi market and one of the leading producers of fish and seafood products in Europe. With 9,000 people globally and circa 86% market share in Europe, VICI operates across 23 companies with its products sold by well-known retail chains such as Lidl, Aldi, Sainsbury’s, Carrefour, Metro, Casino and Wallmart

Together, we're looking for a dynamic National Accounts Manager to continue expanding their presence in the UK and Ireland markets, building strong relationships with key retail partners, and driving sales growth. This role requires someone commercial, entrepreneurial, and ambitious, interested in opening new doors, winning new business and finding new channel partners.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key retail partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and increase revenue.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with retail partners to ensure alignment on goals, performance, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with wider development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.

About you

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed commercial decisions.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to trade shows etc. as required.
