Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum + car allowance (£5.8k) + 10% bonus

This is an exciting opportunity with a global manufacturing organisation who produce a range of well-known, household brands. With a heritage spanning more than 80 years, their products are loved the world over, and they are looking for a new HRBP to play a central role as part of the site leadership team.

Key Deliverables

  • Own the HR agenda for the site including remit and direct repots across L&D and Employee Experience
  • Design, deliver and manage a programme of cultural change and transformation
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement leadership capability initiatives while providing expert mentorship on people-related matters.
  • Identify and address key workforce challenges—enhancing functional capability, boosting engagement, and driving performance improvements.
  • Act as the link between our site and the wider HR function, including Recruitment, Talent, L&D, Employee Relations, Wellbeing, and HR Shared Services.
  • Build strong partnerships with trade unions, leading negotiations, pay discussions, and consultations on site-wide changes.
  • Lead the resolution of high-level employee relations matters, applying employment law expertise and sound risk assessment.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners across the UK & Ireland to ensure a consistent and progressive HR approach.

About You

To thrive in this role you will have:

Exceptional Communication & Influence: Proven ability to engage, influence, and empower senior leaders, trade union representatives, and key stakeholders at all levels.

HR Expertise in Dynamic Environments: Experience in fast-paced HR settings, with a deep understanding of employee engagement, the employee life cycle, and the drivers of workplace culture.

Strategic People Planning: A strong track record in developing and implementing medium to long-term people strategies aligned with business priorities.

Change Leadership: Hands-on experience leading people and organisational change from concept to execution, ensuring seamless transitions.

Workforce Transformation: A history of designing and driving site-level improvements and solutions to enhance people practices.

Employee Relations Expertise: Expertise in handling key employee relations matters, including disciplinary & grievance cases, absence management, and dispute resolution.

Union Collaboration: Experience in working closely with trade unions and employee representatives to foster positive, productive relationships.

Empowerment & Engagement: A passion for creating an inclusive, high-performing culture where employees feel valued and inspired to contribute.
